UPDATED CAPACITY RESERVATION POSTING – TEXAS-ARKANSAS POWER PROJECT

Pursuant to its capacity reservation posting dated October 7, 2024, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of American LLC (“Natural”) proposed to reserve certain capacity related to its Texas-Arkansas Power Project (“Project”). In accordance with Section 5.1(c)(11) of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC Gas Tariff, Natural hereby gives notice that it is revising the previous posting based on Project advancements. The projected in-service date of the Project is January 1, 2028. Specifically, Natural is revising the previously reserved capacity in accordance with the above-referenced tariff provision, as set forth below. The capacity outlined below will be reserved for the Project beginning November 1, 2028, except as provided below, until further notice:

Pursuant to GT&C Section 5.1(c)(11), Natural may sell the reserved capacity on an interim basis without extension rights, e.g., a right of first refusal. This posting supersedes all previous capacity reservation postings for this Project.
