FORCE MAJEURE - COMPRESSOR STATION 348

Natural has experienced horsepower issues at Compressor Station 348 (CS 348) located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana (Segment 23 of Natural's Louisiana Zone), which will impact deliveries to the SPLIQ Sabine Pass Liquefaction plant (SPLIQ) (LOC 46622). This is a Force Majeure event that requires emergent repairs. Therefore, effective for gas day Thursday, December 11, 2025, Timely Cycle and anticipated to continue until further notice, Natural will schedule deliveries to SPLIQ to a reduced capacity of 450,000 Dth/day during the restriction.
