SEGMENT 25 – LOUISIANA #1 LINE – PIPE REPLACEMENT – UPDATE 3

The scope of this project has been changed and will impact the scheduling percentage as noted below. The previous Phase 2 portion of this project scheduling and impact will now be condensed into one project (The Project). See previous Notice ID 46415 dated October 24, 2025.

Natural will be performing pipeline replacement on its Louisiana #1 Line between Compressor Station 302 (CS 302) located in Montgomery County, Texas and the Trinity River located in Liberty County, Texas. Natural is required to reduce the maximum operating capacity eastbound into Segment 25 from Segment 26 and Segment 22, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity eastbound through CS 302 during this restriction. The Pooling Point - Texok Zone (LOC 10560) is located west of the constraint. Firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted. The scheduling constraint will be at CS 302.

THE PROJECT

As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-366541), The Project began on gas day Wednesday, November 5, 2025, Timely Cycle, and will continue through gas day Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 71% of contract MDQ for the duration of the restriction (previously Phase 2 at 85% of contract MDQ starting 11/15/25 through 11/26/25).

The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this outage and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
