SEGMENT 25 – LOUISIANA #1 LINE – PIPE REPLACEMENT – UPDATE 2

The project dates and the number of phases have been changed, as noted below. See previous Notice ID 46231 dated August 21, 2025.

Natural will be performing pipeline replacement on its Louisiana #1 Line between Compressor Station 302 (CS 302) located in Montgomery County, Texas and the Trinity River located in Liberty County, Texas. Natural is required to reduce the maximum operating capacity eastbound into Segment 25 from Segment 26 and Segment 22, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity eastbound through CS 302 during this restriction. This maintenance work will be performed in four phases as noted below. The Pooling Point - Texok Zone (LOC 10560) is located west of the constraint. Firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted. During each phase of the maintenance work shown below, the scheduling constraint will be at CS 302.

The project was initially four phases starting November 1, 2025 and ending November 28, 2025, but has been condensed to two phases with a revised start date of November 5, 2025 and an end date of November 26,2025.

PHASE 1

As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-366541), Phase 1 will begin on gas day Wednesday, November 5, 2025, Timely Cycle, and continue through gas day Friday, November 14, 2025. During this phase, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 71% of contract MDQ.

PHASE 2

As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-854067), Phase 2 will begin on gas day Saturday, November 15, 2025, Timely Cycle, and continue through gas day Wednesday, November 26, 2025. During this phase, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 85% of contract MDQ.

The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this outage and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
