FTS Capacity Availability from SOUTH TEXAS TO SOUTH TEXAS and/or LOUISIANA TO TEXOK

Based on expected operational conditions from November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, there is 265,000 Dth/day of firm capacity (including posted unsubscribed capacity and additional firm northbound capacity in Segments 20 and 22) available from the KMTP/NGPL HAGIST RANCH DUVAL (LOC 6216) limited to 81,927 Dth/d and WHISTLEP/NGPL WHISTLE REC NUECES (LOC 54849) in Natural's South Texas Receipt Zone to TRES PAL/NGPL TRES PALACIOS (LOC 44657) and/or CCCPL/NGPL SINTON (LOC 48934) in Natural's South Texas Delivery Zone (Proposal 1). In addition, there is 40,000 Dth/d of firm capacity available from the NGPL/KMLP receipt point (LOC 44405) in Natural's Louisiana Receipt Zone for delivery to KMTEJAS/NGPL JEFFERSON (LOC 900987) in Natural's Texok Delivery Zone for the term November 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 (Proposal 2). Shippers may submit a request for either capacity proposal (Proposal 1 or Proposal 2) or both capacity proposals, consistent with Natural's tariff (GT&C Section 5.1 (d)) for the terms described above. The additional capacity (and the unsubscribed capacity posted on the interactive website) may be contracted by submitting a valid FTS request in accordance with Section 5.1(c)(3) of the GT&C of Natural's FERC Gas Tariff. Requests submitted for this capacity may be submitted with or without the System-Wide (SW) service option, and the applicable charges for the SW service option shall be included in the evaluation of competing valid requests. All requests for this FTS capacity will be evaluated using the NPV formula, which is posted on Natural's internet website as of the date of this posting. Interested parties should submit requests by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
