NORTHERN BORDER HARPER (LOC 908090) – PRIMARY ONLY

Due to current operating conditions, effective for gas day Wednesday, October 8, 2025, Timely Cycle and continuing until further notice, Natural will only schedule Primary Firm transports for receipts from Northern Border Harper (LOC 908090). AOR/ITS, Secondary out-of-path Firm transports and Secondary in-path Firm transports will not be available.

Northern Border Harper is located in Keokuk County, Iowa (Segment 14), in Natural's Iowa-Illinois Receipt Zone.
