SEGMENT 17 FORCE MAJURE

SEGMENT 11 – STA 106 – PRIMARY ONLY

Due to current operating conditions and ongoing maintenance projects, Natural is at operating capacity for northbound flow through Compressor Station 106 (CS 106) located in Gage County, Nebraska in Segment 11 of Natural's Midcontinent Zone. Therefore, effective for gas day Wednesday, October 1, 2025, Timely Cycle and continuing until further notice, only Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports will be scheduled. Any receipts south of CS 106 for delivery north of CS 106 will only schedule under Primary Firm transport services. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available.
