STATION 302 – REPLACE REGULATOR – UPDATE

COMPRESSOR STATION 169 – STATION MAINTENANCE

As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X24-1331852), Natural will be performing station maintenance at Compressor Station 169 (CS 169) in Natural's Permian Zone that will require facilities at CS 169 to be shut down during this restriction.

The scheduling constraint will be in Segment 8 at Compressor Station 169 (CS 169) located in Deaf Smith County, Texas. Any gas received south of CS 169 for delivery north of CS 169 will be impacted for the duration of the restriction. For scheduling purposes, the Permian Pool (LOC 25077) is located south of the constraint. Additionally, transports associated with storage injections and withdrawals may be impacted.

As such, effective for gas day Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Timely Cycle, and continuing through gas day Friday, September 12, 2025, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 84% of contract MDQ through CS 169. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
