CAPACITY RESERVATION POSTING – HARRISON COUNTY POWER PROJECT

Pursuant to Section 5.1(c)(11) of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC Gas Tariff, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC (“Natural”) hereby gives notice that certain capacity, as described below, will be reserved for use in a future expansion of Natural's System. The project for which the capacity is being reserved will provide additional capacity within Natural's Texok Zone (Segment 26). The project is referred to as the “Harrison County Power Project” or “Project”. The projected in-service date of the Project is August 1, 2027.

In connection with the Project, Natural proposes to reserve the following capacity in accordance with the above-referenced tariff provision, until further notice.

Pursuant to GT&C Section 5.1(c)(11), Natural may sell the reserved capacity on an interim basis without extension rights, e.g., a right of first refusal.
