FORCE MAJEURE – M&M LINE – SEGMENT 4

Natural has experienced an incident on the M&M line in Woodward County, Oklahoma in Segment 4 of Natural's Midcontinent Zone. This outage constitutes a Force Majeure event.

This Force Majeure event remains under investigation and as the impacts of this event are determined, Natural will post additional information. However, Natural anticipates interruptions to certain receipt and/or delivery locations in Segment 4, as listed below. The locations listed below will be unavailable effective gas day Sunday, April 20, 2025, Intraday 2 cycle, and continuing until further notice.

LOC 53937 SSC GPL/NGPL MINNEOLA LINE WOODWARD

Natural will update shippers as to any changes regarding this Force Majeure event via its interactive website.
