FORCE MAJEURE – COMPRESSOR STATION 801
Natural has experienced horsepower issues at Compressor Station 801 located in Carter County, Oklahoma (CS 801), in Segment 15 of Natural's Texok A/G Zone, requiring immediate repairs. This is a Force Majeure event that will require Natural to temporarily reduce the maximum operating capacity eastbound through CS 801 during this restriction.
The scheduling constraint will be at CS 801; therefore, any gas received west of CS 801 for delivery east of CS 801 will be impacted. The Midcontinent Pool (PIN 25078) is located west (upstream) of the constraint. Additionally, transports associated with storage injections or withdrawals will be impacted.
As such, effective for gas day Thursday, February 20, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle and for the remainder of this gas day, Natural will not schedule any nominated increases through CS 801, Segment 15. Effective for gas day Friday, February 21, 2025, Timely Cycle and continuing until further notice, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 70% of contract MDQ through CS 801. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
Continue to monitor Natural's interactive website for any updates to the end date during this restriction. Please contact your Account Director or Scheduling Representative if you have any questions.
