FORCE MAJEURE - GOODRICH LATERAL – PIPELINE REMEDIATION

As previously posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-82236), as part of its ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program and the final graded results of an ILI tool run – AFD, Natural is required to perform pipeline remediation work on the Goodrich Lateral (Segment 26 of Natural's Texok Zone). This is a Force Majeure event. In order to complete the remediation work, Natural will shut in a delivery point on the Goodrich Lateral as discussed below.

The remediation work will impact only the location listed below and will not result in a segment constraint. As such, effective for gas day Wednesday, March 12, 2025, Timely Cycle, and continuing through gas day Friday, March 14, 2025, the following location will be shut in until Natural completes the remediation work. No Transport services will be available at this location during the outage.
