Additional “In-The-Path” Tariff Rights:
In addition, pursuant to Natural's General Terms and Conditions of its Tariff under Section 5.6 (b)(2), Natural is allowing “in-the-path” delivery rights in connection with injections under Rate Schedule NSS, where the firm transportation agreement has a primary Delivery Point in a production zone and the primary path under that agreement extends from a primary Receipt Point in a zone other than the Iowa-Illinois Receipt Zone (through the Market Delivery Zone) to a Primary Delivery Point in such production zone. These rights are limited to the MDQ applicable to such path.
To be “in-the-path” for NSS storage withdrawals delivered to South Texas, a Shipper's firm contract must have a primary path from a primary receipt point north of Compressor Station 304 or from the A/G Line (intersection of Natural's Mainline System) to a primary delivery point south of Compressor Station 304 located in Segment 26 of the Texok Receipt Zone.
