FTS Capacity Availability from ALLIANCE/NGPL JOLIET to Natural's Market Delivery Zone

Based on expected operational conditions, Natural has identified 55,000 Dth/day from December 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025, and 85,000 Dth/day from March 1, 2025 through March 31, 2025, of additional firm northbound capacity (above the posted unsubscribed capacity for Segment 28) from the ALLIANCE/NGPL JOLIET GRUNDY #1 receipt point (LOC 37207) to Natural's Market Delivery Zone. The additional operational capacity (and the unsubscribed capacity posted on the interactive website) may be contracted for by submitting a valid FTS request in accordance with Section 5.1(c)(3) of the GT&C of Natural's FERC Gas Tariff. Requests submitted for this capacity may be submitted with or without the System-Wide Service (SW) option and the applicable charges for the SW option shall be included in the evaluation of competing valid requests. All requests for this FTS capacity will be evaluated using the NPV formula, which is posted on Natural's internet website as of the date of this posting. Interested parties should submit requests by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
