ANR/NGPL SOUTH JOLIET AT CAPACITY

FORCE MAJEURE – SEGMENT 9 – LOC 3083 EPNG JAL LEA – UPDATE 3

The force majeure end date has been extended, as noted below. See previous Notice ID 45507 dated October 17, 2024.

Natural has experienced an equipment failure and must complete meter repairs for a control valve leak at LOC 3083 EPNG Jal Lea located in Lea County, New Mexico (Segment 9 of Natural's Permian Zone). Natural is required to shut-in LOC 3083 EPNG Jal Lea for the duration of this outage. This is a Force Majeure event.

As such, effective for gas day Friday, September 13, 2024, and continuing through gas day Friday, December 6, 2024 (previously Saturday, November 30, 2024), no transport services will be available at LOC 3083 EPNG Jal Lea.

Natural will update shippers as to any changes regarding this Force Majeure event via its interactive website.
