DSS INVENTORY REQUIREMENT WAIVED

DSS INVENTORY REQUIREMENT WAIVED

Effective for this year, 2024, Section 5.4(a) of Rate Schedule DSS in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff is waived for all DSS Shippers. Due to current operational conditions, Shippers will not be required to fill their DSS accounts to 95% of the contract Maximum Storage Volume (MSV) in order to have their full Withdrawal Quantity (WQ) for the upcoming 2024/2025 withdrawal season. For purposes of calculating a shipper's WQ for the 2024/2025 withdrawal cycle, Natural will use 100% of the Shipper's contract MDQ.

All other Tariff provisions relating to service under Rate Schedule DSS shall remain in effect.
