FORCE MAJEURE – LOCKRIDGE LATERAL – SEGMENT 9

Natural has experienced an incident on the Lockridge Lateral located in Ward County, Texas in Segment 9 of Natural's Permian Zone.  This outage constitutes a Force Majeure event.

This Force Majeure event remains under investigation and as the impacts of this event are determined, Natural will post additional information.  However, Natural anticipates interruptions to certain receipt and/or delivery locations in Segment 9, as listed below.  The locations listed below will be unavailable effective gas day Friday, April 26, 2024, Intraday 1 cycle, and continuing until further notice.
