FORCE MAJEURE - SEGMENT 26 SOUTHBOUND – GULF COAST #3 M/L (CS 303) – PIPELINE REMEDIATION
As previously posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X20-1128328), Natural will be performing pipeline remediation on the Gulf Coast #3 mainline between Compressor Station 304 (CS 304) in Harrison County, Texas and Compressor Station 303 (CS 303) in Angelina County, Texas (Segment 26 of Natural's Texok Zone). This is a force majeure event. This remediation work will require Natural to temporarily reduce the operating capacity, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity southbound through CS 303.
The transport scheduling constraint will be at CS 303; therefore, any gas received north of CS 303 for delivery south of CS 303 will be impacted for the duration of the outage. Additionally, firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals will be impacted. For scheduling purposes, the Texok Pool (LOC 10560) is located north of the constraint.
As such, effective for gas day Tuesday, October 5, 2021 and continuing through gas day Tuesday, October 12, 2021, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 93% of contract MDQ through CS 303. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this force majeure.
Actual nomination levels and changes in pipeline conditions could result in changes to the percentage scheduled (lower or higher) on subsequent gas days. The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this outage and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
Continue to monitor Natural's interactive website for any updates to the end date and/or scheduling percentage during this force majeure. Please contact your Account Director or Scheduling Representative if you have any questions.
