Reserve Rate For Non-SW bids: All terms and paths are Max Rate.

 

Reserve Rate For SW bids: All terms and paths are Max Rate.

 

Texok to Louisiana:

Reserve Rate For Non-SW bids: $3.14/Dth/month for MDQ for Peak and Off-Peak

 

Reserve Rate For SW bids: $3.15/Dth/month for MDQ for Peak and Off-Peak

 

 

The Reserve Price for any term and/or path not included in this Reserve Price Matrix is at the applicable Maximum rate.

 

The Reserve Prices in this matrix represent Daily Reservation Rates.

 

A conversion factor of 30.4167 will be applied to derive the Monthly Reservation Rate for annual capacity.

 

A conversion factor of 30.20 will be applied to derive the Monthly Reservation Rate for winter only capacity.

 

A conversion factor of 30.5714 will be applied to derive the Monthly Reservation Rate for summer only capacity.

 

Where bids are submitted which specify a rate on an annual basis which exceeds the applicable maximum offpeak rate, the actual billing will be adjusted to conform with maximum tariff rate limitations and to achieve the same revenue on a net present value basis.
