ADDITIONAL CAPACITY RESERVATION – TEXAS LOUISIANA PROJECT

Pursuant to its capacity reservation posting dated July 29, 2021, Natural proposed to reserve certain additional receipt point capacity related to its Texas Louisiana Project (“Project”). In accordance with Section 5.1(c)(11) of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff (“GT&C”), Natural hereby gives notice that additional capacity, as described below, will be reserved for the Project beginning June 1, 2025:

Meter (Receipt Point Capacity)

PIN 54849 – Whistler Pipeline-Whistlep/NGPL Whistle Rec Nueces – 217,173 Dth/day

Pursuant to GT&C Section 5.1(c)(12), Natural may sell the reserved capacity on an interim basis without extension rights, e.g., a right of first refusal.
