Force Majeure - Mojave-Topock Unit #3

 

Mojave Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (Mojave) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Topock Compressor Station, and as such Unit 3 is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the Segment 3000 constraint will be reduced 117,000 dekatherms (Dth) per day from a base capacity of 463,000 dekatherms (Dth) per day to an operational capacity of 346,000 Dth/day.  This reduction is effective February 20, 2019, Evening Cycle (Cycle 2) and remain in effect until further notice. 

 

Mojave will provide updates as more information becomes available.

 

This incident constitutes an event of force majeure under Section 11.5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Mojave's FERC Gas Tariff.

Force Majeure – EPNG - Mojave Topock Station – Unit 3

 

 

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has been apprised of an equipment failure at the Topock Compressor Station, and as such Unit 3 is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the MOJTHRU constraint will be reduced 117,000 dekatherms (Dth) per day from a base capacity of 463,000 dekatherms (Dth) per day to an operational capacity of 346,000 Dth/day. The MOJAVE constraint will be reduced 54,000 dekatherms (Dth) per day from a base capacity of 400,000 Dth/day to an operational capacity of 346,000 Dth/day.  These reductions are effective February 20, 2019, Evening Cycle (Cycle 2) and remain in effect until further notice.

 

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

 

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
