The Cashout Procedure for determining the Monthly Index Price (MIP) for each month is described in Section 10.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Midcontinent Express Pipeline's FERC Natural Gas Tariff.  Shippers should reference their copy of the publication for specific prices used in determining the MIP (currently, “Intelligence Press” “NGI's Daily Gas Price Index”).
