Structured PALS deal on MEP

SUBJECT: TERM PARK & LOAN SERVICE ZONE 1 & ZONE 2

NOTICE OF AVAILABLE TERM PARK & LOAN SERVICE (PALS)

Midcontinent Express Pipeline LLC (MEP) will have service under its Rate Schedule PALS available for a term of November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026 in Zone 1 and Zone 2, and will be accepting bids for this service consistent with the requirements of MEP's FERC Gas Tariff and the terms outlined below closing at 2:00 PM on Tuesday September 23^rd. MEP will be evaluating bids based on a rate requested per Dth of MAQ.

Service level: PALS

Term: November 1, 2025 – October 31, 2026

MAQ: Up to 50,000 Dths MDQ: Up to 25,000 Dths/d

Eligible locations: Any 4 physical points and the pooling point in Zone 1 or Zone 2 of MEP's Pipeline. Destin Clarke # 44450 is excluded.

Limitations:

Parked or Loaned volume must be paid back at the same point. At any point in time shipper cannot exceed MAQ net across the 6 points.
At any point in time shipper cannot exceed the MAQ RO at a point in a cumulative direction, +/- MAQ, without AOR authorization.
MDQ RO is directional and cannot be netted out against other nominated points to equal a net greater than up to MDQ in either Loan or Park directions.
Total nominations across ROs at a point can not exceed MDQ or MAQ.
Daily Volumes are subject to normal confirmation scheduling. Point restrictions and scheduling priorities apply to scheduled and confirmed volumes.
Parked or Loaned volume cannot exceed MAQ
Parked or Loaned Volume balance must be balanced to zero (0) by the end of the term at all points.

Incremental fee:

From time to time, MEP may have additional daily capacity over the contractual MDQ and MAQ, which must be authorized before scheduling, and is subject to Authorized Overrun Usage Charges.
