FORCE MAJEURE - ENOGEX LEASE – SEGMENT 10 OUTAGE – UPDATE #6

FORCE MAJEURE - ENABLE LEASED CAPACITY – LINE 21 – REPAIR WORK

MEP has been notified by Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission, LLC (Enable) of certain pipeline repair work on the Enable Leased Capacity. The Enable Leased Capacity is subject to MEP's Tariff.

This a Force Majeure event.

According to Enable's posting, effective for gas day Friday, November 1, 2024, and continuing until further notice, this pipeline repair work limits receipts and deliveries at certain meters as noted in their posting. MEP will post updates as they become available from Enable.

Enable's pipeline remediation work is solely on the Enable Leased Capacity and does not extend to Zone 1 and Zone 2 of MEP's system. Leased Capacity Shippers will retain their full Zone 1 and 2 capacities during this outage. MEP shippers without Leased Capacity will not be impacted.
