* For PAL services, the Request Order specifies the maximum daily quantity for loans at each point on any day. Additionally, if MEP posts a limitation to the availability of any of these services and the contract balance for any of these services (as of the gas day ending one day prior to the start of the limitation) is greater than the contract MAQ; additional increases will not be scheduled for that contract.
