RE: RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSION – UPDATE 3
On April 30, 2025, Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline LLC (“KMLP”) posted “Reservation of Capacity for Future Expansion – Update 1” (“Update 1 Reservation”) on its interactive website, to revise its Reservation of Capacity for Future Expansion posted on February 10, 2025 pursuant to Section 2.1(b)(3) of the General Terms and Conditions ("GT&C") of its FERC Gas Tariff ("KMLP's Tariff") to give notice that certain capacity as described in such notice will be reserved for use in a potential future expansion of KMLP's system to increase the deliverability of additional gas supplies into KMLP's system ("Project"), which Project in-service date was estimated to be as early as November 1, 2028. On August 27, 2025 KMLP posted its “Reservation of Capacity for Future Expansion – Update #2 (“Update 2 Reservation”) to change the Project in-service date to be as early as April 1, 2028, which Update 2 Reservation set forth again the capacity reserved for the Project in the Update 1 Reservation. Pursuant to Section 2.1(b)(3) of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC Gas Tariff (“KMLP's Tariff”), KMLP gives notice that it is updating its Update 2 Reservation as described herein, in order to amend and update the capacity previously reserved for the Project in the Update 2 Reservation. Unless otherwise indicated, capitalized terms that are used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in KMLP's Tariff.
KMLP is maintaining for the Project the following capacity reservations set forth in the Update 2 Reservation:
· The following North to South Transportation Path capacity (TD2):
o 150,000 Dth/d of associated mainline capacity and laterals in Segments 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180.
· The following Original Capacity (TD1):
o 3,245,100 Dth/d of associated mainline capacity and laterals in Segment 100;
o 1,980,000 Dth/d of associated mainline capacity and laterals in Segments 105, 110, 120, 130, and 140; and
o 1,550,000 Dth/d of associated mainline capacity and laterals in Segment 150.
· The following capacity to the following receipt PIN locations:
o 150,000 Dth/d at Col Gulf/KMLP EV (PIN 44398); and
o 350,000 Dth/d at NGPL/KMLP (PIN 44405).
· All other capacity included in the Update 2 Reservation is hereby released from the reserved capacity for the Project.
KMLP is adding to the reserved capacity for the Project the below capacity reservation that was not previously included in the Update 2 Reservation:
o 350,000 Dth/d of associated mainline capacity and laterals in Segments 210 and 300.
o 1,350,000 Dth/d of associated mainline capacity and laterals in Segments 160 and 170; and
o 840,000 Dth/d of associated mainline capacity and laterals in Segments 180.
Pursuant to Section 2.1(b)(3) of the GT&C, such reserved capacity shall be made available for transportation service pursuant to the GT&C, on a limited-term basis, up to the Project in-service date. For such limited-term agreements, Transporter reserves the right to limit, in accordance with Section 2.1(b)(8) of the GT&C, any extension rights commensurate with the proposed Project in-service date.
This posting supersedes any previous postings for the Project.
