Subject: Planned Maintenance – Waha CS – Extended

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the planned maintenance at the Waha Compressor Station scheduled for the Gas Day of October 21, 2025, has been extended and is now expected to return to normal operations on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 9 a.m.

As a reminder, during this maintenance, Interruptible transactions from the Waha area to delivery locations on the Mainline will not be allowed. Firm transactions received from the Waha area moving down the Mainline are expected to be reduced, and Shippers will be notified of their reductions once nominations are reviewed.
