Subject: Planned Maintenance - Waha CS - 10/21/25

Gulf Coast Express Pipeline LLC ("GCX") will be performing ESD testing at the Waha Compressor Station on the Gas Day of October 21, 2025.

During this maintenance, Interruptible transactions from the Waha area to delivery locations on the Mainline will not be allowed. Based on current customer activity, Firm transactions received from the Waha area moving down the Mainline are expected to be reduced by approximately 20% during the maintenance. The actual percentage of reductions will be calculated based on net customer activity for the Gas Day of October 21, 2025. GCX will notify Shippers of the actual reductions once Timely nominations for Gas Day October 21, 2025, have been submitted and reviewed.
