Subject: Update: Devil's River & Big Wells CS

As previously posted on September 9, 2025, Gulf Coast Express Pipeline LLC (“GCX”) experienced an issue at the Devils River Compressor Station requiring emergent repairs. At this time, the unit is still out of service.

In addition, GCX has scheduled maintenance, previously posted on August 21, 2025, at the Big Wells Compressor Station starting September 17, 2025, through and including September 18, 2025.

Due to the aforementioned maintenance events, the mainline capacity of the GCX system will be reduced from 2,020,000 MMBtu to:

Current – 9/16/25	1,855,000
9/17/25 – 9/18/25	1,470,000
9/19/25 until further notice	1,855,000
