Initial Force Majeure – Line 1100 – Pipeline Repair – El Paso Area
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified an anomaly on Line 1100 downstream of the El Paso D Compressor Station. This will require a pipeline repair and a corresponding reduction in operational capacity. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the EL PASO constraint will be reduced by 343,452 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective December 9, 2022, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1).
EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through EL PASO constraint. This reduction in operational capacity will remain in effect until further notice.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
