Initial Force Majeure – Guadalupe Station
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Guadalupe Compressor Station and as such the station is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the CORN LPW constraint will be reduced by 147,885 dekatherms (Dth/d) per day effective on December 7, 2022, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1). Also, the GUADLUP constraint will be reduced by 168,385 dekatherms (Dth/d) per day effective on December 7, 2022, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the CORN LPW and GUADLUP constraints.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
