Initial Force Majeure - Roswell Station

 

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Roswell Compressor Station and as such the station is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint will be reduced by 113,383 dekatherms (Dth/d) per day effective on November 9, 2022, Evening Cycle (Cycle 2). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through CAPROCK N constraint.

 

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

 

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
