Pipeline Maintenance – Line 2000 – Wink to Black River
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. ("EPNG") continues the necessary work to seek approval from PHMSA to increase the operating pressure of Line 2000 (please reference the August 10, 2022 Line 2000 Force Majeure update (Notice No: 615623). As part of this continued work, EPNG has identified Line 2000 anomalies on the Wink to Black River Compressor Stations segment that requires the line to be removed from service. The anomaly work is scheduled October 13-17, which aligns with the planned outage associated with the Wink Compressor Station. Please refer to the updated Preliminary October 2022 Maintenance notice posted today, September 21, 2022 (reference Critical Notice No. 616037). The following receipt locations will be at zero flow for the duration of the anomaly work:
