STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration - System Wide DRAFT
EFFECTIVE DATE: August 11, 2022
EFFECTIVE TIME: 8:00 AM MST
IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%
DURATION: Until Further Notice
AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS: System-wide
OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY: The EPNG system continues to experience a low linepack condition with system linepack currently starting Gas Day August 11, 2022 at 7,433 MMcf which is a loss of 46 MMcf compared to the start of Gas Day August 10. Current pipeline constraints are limiting the ability to utilize Washington Ranch to support imbalances and as such continued drafting of the system will impact EPNG's ability to maintain adequate linepack. The Location Specific SOC that was declared yesterday, August 10 (Reference Critical Notice 615620), is being escalated to a System-Wide SOC effective for Gas Day August 11.
