Pipeline Conditions – Linepack Status
Pursuant to Section 11.1(a)(ii)(B) of the General Terms and Conditions ("GT&C") of El Paso Natural Gas Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff ("Tariff"), EPNG notified the customer community that linepack, as reported on iDART, exceeded 7,900 MMcf at 2:00 PM on February 3, 2021 and remains above this level and an SOC for high linepack has not been declared due to the fact that under current operating conditions, 7,900 MMcf in linepack no longer poses the operational challenges it once did.
Delivery point operators are encouraged to continue to take gas according to their scheduled quantities and supply operators are encouraged to reduce and/or maintain their deliveries into the EPNG system at their scheduled rates.
