Subject: EEC Fuel Retention Rate Changes 4-1-2025

POSTING ON EEC FOR THE EEC FUEL CHANGE EFFECTIVE 4/1/2025

Shippers on Elba Express Company, L. L.C. (“EEC”) should be aware that on February 25, 2025, EEC filed in FERC Docket No. RP 25-588 to update its transportation fuel rates pursuant to its FERC Gas Tariff, and such filing was approved by the FERC on March 20, 2025, to be effective April 1, 2025.

The approved transportation fuel retention percentages effective April 1, 2025, are as follows:

GRO (South-to-North) 0.00%

GRO (North-to-South) 0.76%

GRO (2016 Expansion) 1.11%

LAUF 0.49%**

**Please note that LAUF is collected on all transportation in addition to the applicable fuel percentage.

GRO pertains to gas required for operations, company used gas, and fuel used. LAUF pertains to lost and unaccounted-for gas.

EEC will apply these new fuel retention percentages to all nominations commencing with the Timely Cycle for Gas Day April 1, 2025.

All Shippers will need to renominate their business for April 1, 2025 to ensure that the correct fuel is applied. To do this, you will need to retrigger your Transportation line items and DART will recalculate the updated fuel percentage. Also, if you update your own internal tools with these fuel percentages, the nomination upload template can be used to facilitate this change.
