Re: Notice of Award of Firm Transportation Capacity

On July 15, 2024, Elba Express Company, L.L.C. ("EEC") announced an open season for bids of firm transportation service ("FTS") for long term, year round, north to south incremental expansion capacity. Pursuant to the terms of Section 2.1(b) of the General Terms and Conditions of the Elba Express Company Gas Tariff, EEC is required to post the winning bid(s). Below are the winning bids.
