Force Majeure Declared Segment 610
Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (CPG) has experienced a mechanical failure on Unit #1 at its CPG Kirk Compressor Station located in Yuma County, Colorado, Constraint (Segment 610). Emergent repair work will reduce the capacity on Segment 610 from 733,250 Dth/d to 645,000 in the TD1 direction until further notice.
Accordingly, CPG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.3 effective for the Intraday 2 Cycle, Gas Day January 10, 2026, and Evening cycle, Gas Day January 11, 2026, until repairs are complete.
