                REFERENCE INDEX PRICES FOR IMBALANCE CASHOUTS

The reference prices used to determine the Cash Out Index Price,
pursuant to Sections 1.6 and 10.4 of the General Terms and
Conditions of Cheyenne Plains' First Revised Volume No. 1 Tariff,
for the month of December 2025 are as follows:
