CHEYENNE PLAINS GAS PIPELINE COMPANY

On February 28, 2025, Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (CPG) filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC")

to adjust the Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted-for-Gas ("FL&U") reimbursement percentages and the Electric Power Cost ("EPC") charge pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Sections 13 and 30 of CPG's First Revised Volume No. 1 FERC Gas Tariff with a proposed effective date of April 1, 2025 as shown below:
