Cheyenne Plains – Kirk Compressor Station Field Force Majeure
Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (CPG) experienced an equipment failure at its Kirk Compressor Station located in Yuma County, Colorado as was posted to the Outage Impact Report June 18, 2024. This unit is still pending repair, as such, CPG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to CPG's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.3.
Per the Outage Impact Report Capacity at Crazy Bear to Washington County, Segment 605 remains at 805 MDth/d.
