Force Majeure Update – CIG Line No 155A -  Greasewood to Wamsutter

Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has identified anomalies on Line 155A between Greasewood and Wamsutter, which impacts the safety and integrity of the pipeline, and which requires immediate attention. The repairs will require pressure restriction, isolation, and a corresponding reduction in operational capacity.

Accordingly, operating capacities in the area will be impacted as follows effective for the Evening Cycle gas day 9/10/2026 and until further notice:

·         Segment 124 (GWDC) Greasewood Compressor constraint will be reduced from 170,000 Dth/d to zero Dth/d in the TD1 direction and reduced from 260,000 Dth/d to zero Dth/d in the TD2 direction.  

·         (FLT) FLAT TOP RECEIPT PIN #892268 receipt capacity will be reduced from 544,700 Dth/d to zero Dth/d.

·         (WRM) WHITE RIVER PIN #800794 receipt capacity will be reduced from 46,600 Dth/d to zero Dth/d.  Delivery capacity will be reduced from 5,000 Dth/d to zero.

·          (SNW) SANDWASH MOFFAT PIN #891831 receipt capacity will be reduced from 32,600 Dth/d to zero Dth/d.

CIG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the Segment 124 (GWDC) Greasewood Compressor constraint, (FLT) FLAT TOP RECEIPT PIN #892268, (WRM) WHITE RIVER PIN #800794, and (SNW) SANDWASH MOFFAT PIN #891831.

CIG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1.
