Force Majeure Declared - PIN 895002 ET G&P/CIG (MOC) Mocane Beaver

Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) is experiencing an electrical controls issue at the Mocane Compressor Station that impacts the safety and integrity of the Mocane Compressor Station and which requires immediate attention. The repair work will reduce the receipt capacity at PIN 895002 ET G&P/CIG (MOC) Mocane Beaver to 0 Dth/d until further notice.

Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the ID3 Cycle Gas Day July 10, 2026, and Evening Cycle, Gas Day July 11, until further notice.
