On February 27, 2026, Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) submitted its Semi-Annual Transportation Fuel Gas; Quarterly Lost, Unaccounted-For and Other Fuel Gas Reimbursement Percentage filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) to adjust the Fuel and Lost, Unaccounted-for and Other Fuel Gas reimbursement percentages applicable to the various transportation, compression, and storage services pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 13.2 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff with a proposed effective date of April 1, 2026 as shown below.

See Section 13.3 for descriptions of the available routes and areas that are eligible for a fuel charge exemption. The requirement to provide gas to satisfy CIG's LUF charge applies to all transactions and is not affected by fuel exemptions. The retention requirement for LUF when using these routes and areas is as stated above.
