Force Majeure Declared Segment 290
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has experienced mechanical failure on Unit CG1 at the Beaver compressor station which requires repair. The repair work will reduce the capacity on Segment 290 (BVRC) BEAVER COMPRESSOR CONSTRAINT to 165,000 Dth/d in the TD1 direction and the delivery capacity at PIN 800078 (BEA) Beaver to 100,000 Dth/d until further notice.
Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Evening Cycle Gas Day January 14, 2026, until further notice.
