Force Majeure Declared Segment 142

During the completion of the recently planned maintenance on the Elk Basin Unit #2, Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) discovered an issue with the Unit #2 that requires repair. The repair work will continue to reduce the capacity on Segment 142 (BHNC) BIG HORN NORTH – ELK BASIN to 55,000 Dth/d in the TD1 direction and to 77,000 Dth/d in the TD2 direction until further notice.

Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Timely Cycle Gas Day December 6, 2025, until further notice.
