Force Majeure - Mocane Compressor Station

Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has experienced a mechanical failure on one of the units at its Mocane Compressor Station located in Beaver County, Oklahoma. The operating capacity at the following location will be reduced to 18,000 Dth:

· PIN # 895002 ET G&P/CIG (MOC) MOCANE BEAVER

Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Intraday 2 Cycle Gas Day October 3, 2025, until repairs are complete.
