Force Majeure Weld County Lateral
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has identified pipeline anomalies on its 15A Line east of Cheyenne compressor station that requires immediate evaluation and repair. This will result in a pressure restriction that will require two points on Segment 166 to be shut-in for the duration of the repairs. The following locations will have their receipt and delivery capacities reduced to zero:
· PIN # 800298 SUMININI/CIG (HFR) HEREFORD RANCH
· PIN # 800769 TALLGRAS/CIG (WEL) WELD COUNTY
Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Timely Cycle Gas Day October 2, 2025, until repairs are complete.
