Notice of Force Majeure – Segment 164
Colorado Interstate Gas Company (CIG) experienced a pipeline failure on its Line 5A pipeline within Segment 164 (CHWC) Cheyenne West in Laramie County, Wyoming, near Cheyenne. CIG isolated the impacted section of the pipeline in the area, and effective for the Intraday 2 Cycle Gas Day September 21, 2025, and until further notice, the operating capacity through Segment 164 will be reduced to 435,000 Dth in the TD1 direction and 210,000 Dth in the TD2 direction.
Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to Section 11.5 of the General Terms and Conditions of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1, which will remain in effect until further notice.
