Force Majeure Declared Segment 260

Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has identified a pipeline anomaly on its 2B Line east of Watkins compressor station that requires immediate repairs. The repairs will require a pressure restriction that will reduce the capacity on Segment 260 (WTEC) WATKINS EAST to 190,000 Dth/d in the TD1 direction and 214,000 Dth/d in the TD2 direction.

Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Intraday 2 Cycle Gas Day August 28, 2025, Timely Cycle Gas Day August 29, 2025, and until repairs are complete.
